Welcome to Personal Solutions. We are committed to giving you excellent service and treatment. We have a wonderful Office Manager, Suzanna Medina. She will help you with all of your billing and insurance needs. She keeps our office running smoothly. We are also lucky to have Angie Sherwood as our office receptionist. She will assist you with scheduling and in selecting the right clinician for your needs. Angie will also call you one to two days prior to your appointment as a courtesy reminder. Suzanna and/or Angie are usually available between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. If you call during those hours and cannot reach them, this means that they are on the phone assisting other callers, so please, do leave a message.

Please arrive for your first appointment approximately 15 minutes early so as to be able to have time to complete the necessary paperwork. Alternatively, we can send or fax you these forms so that you can complete them ahead of time and bring them with you.

Please give the receptionist all of your insurance information at the time of scheduling. This will allow her to verify your benefits prior to your appointment. Remember also to check with your employer to determine whether you might be eligible for Employee Assistance Benefits.

You can expect therapy appointments to last approximately 50 minutes. Any copayments are due at time of service. We do not have an answering service so any after hours emergencies should be handled by going to your nearest emergency room or you can call 377-8400 for Intermoutain Hospital or 367-2175 for St.Alphonsus Behavioral Unit.

Your confidentiality is very important to us. You will be given a detailed explanation about confidentiality at your first appointment. Please discuss any questions that you might have about confidentiality with your clinician.
